Background

The site has the potential to make better use of underused land, improve connections through the local area and deliver homes in a sustainable location. The emerging design has been informed by early technical work on transport, ecology, flood risk, heritage and townscape.

How feedback will be used

Comments received during consultation will be reviewed by the project team before the plans are finalised. A consultation report will explain the main themes raised and how the design has responded.
