The Riverside Quarter project team met Norwich City Council officers for an initial design review covering the draft masterplan, access strategy, building heights and public realm approach.
The discussion focused on how the proposals can improve connections to the river, make the site easier to move through and protect the character of nearby streets.
What was reviewed
Officers reviewed the emerging layout, early massing studies, proposed walking and cycling routes, landscape principles and the relationship with the retained gasholder frame.
